2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Enquiries: your name, phone number, email address and the message you write when you use our contact form.
- Job applications: your name, phone number, email address, a link to your CV and your message when you use "Apply Today".
- Newsletter: your email address if you enter it in the footer.
- WhatsApp: when you message us on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name, the content and time of your messages, and any links, files or images you send.
- Phone calls and meetings: details you share with our advisers about your property needs.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browser information, pages you view, and how you arrived at our site, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Your IP address and approximate location, which these services and our hosting providers receive when your browser connects.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries and provide the real estate services you ask for, including property sourcing, advice, viewings and follow-up.
- To review job applications.
- To send you information you have asked for, such as our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how our website is used, and to measure and improve our advertising.
- To keep our systems secure and to meet legal obligations.
4. WhatsApp and links you send us
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta Platforms, to receive and answer messages. Messages you send us on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp and Meta in line with their own terms and privacy policies, and are also received by our systems and our team.
To respond quickly, our systems may automatically open a link that you send us in a WhatsApp message, record the time at which we did so, and send you an automatic reply. We only open links from websites we have approved in advance. We do not enter any information about you into those websites.
You can stop messaging us at any time. To have your WhatsApp conversation history deleted from our records, contact us using the details in section 9.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business: website hosting; Formspree, which delivers the messages you send through our forms; and Google (Analytics, Maps, YouTube and Fonts).
- Meta Platforms, through WhatsApp and the Meta Pixel, as described above.
- Property developers, banks and other professionals where you ask us to introduce you or act for you, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
- Authorities where the law requires us to.
Some of these providers are located outside the United Arab Emirates, so your data may be transferred and stored in other countries.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the effectiveness of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking them will not stop the website working.
Our pages also load content from third parties, such as embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps. These providers may collect data about your visit under their own privacy policies.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting and regulatory requirements. We then delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may have the right to ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
- stop using your data for marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave us.
9. How to contact us or ask for your data to be deleted

10. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make important changes, we will make this clear on our website.
